TODAY IS MY FINAL BLOG TOUR STOP!!! IT'S A GUEST POST AT A Universe in Words! Hop on over and check it out. Last chance for this blog tour. Just sayin'. :D
Follow Friday--Favorite Outdoor Reading Spots
Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers -- but you have to know -- the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.
The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it'll allow us to show off more new blogs!
How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools -- keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them "hi" in their comments (on the po.st that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!
And tonight's #FF is an activity! Activity! Hopefully warm weather for most of us is here soon…so tell us about your favorite outdoor reading spot. Or take a picture.
I don't know that I have a particular outdoor reading spot. I do love to read outdoors, but just about any comfortable spot will do. I just need some shade, a comfortable place to sit, and lemonade and sunshine never go amiss. ;D
How about you? What's your favorite outdoor reading spot?
I do like the outdoors where my aunt lives in Wisconsin. They get nice warm summers with cool breezes that come off the lake. Would so love to live there!

Have a GREAT weekend!

Yeah that sounds fantastic! Thanks for stopping by, Jessica! :D
DeleteShade and lemonade are a definite must when I'm reading outside during the summer! Hope you have a good Friday :)
ReplyDeleteHere's my FF!
Thanks! Right back at ya! :D
DeleteThat does sounds amazing! :) I have a spot, with my Adirondack chair, under the trees where I read. I live higher up so it may take a little longer for my snow to melt. But I'm loving the sunshine we're having. :) Is Utah like Colorado with a snow storm of a foot, then 50 and sunny the next day? I've only been to Lake Powell and it was October. ;)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend, Liesel! And I hope your blog tour has been a great success!
Thanks so much, Brandee! The blog tour HAS been very successful. And yes, we do have weather-mood-swings here in Utah. We went from still chilly to 70 degrees almost overnight. As much as I'm glad for warmer weather, I do wish we had more of a spring in Utah. We tend to go from winter to summer with nothing in between! :D
DeleteNow I want a glass of lemonade :) It really is a must have in the summer
ReplyDeleteThanks for the follow I am following back via GFC

I agree about the lemonade! :D Thanks for the follow back. Have a great weekend! :D
DeleteI don't read outside, it's too hot in our country to pleasantly read. Instead, I read indoors. :)

I totally understand that! I read outside in the beginning months of the summer. When it gets to be late July and August, it's too hot to be outside here as well. :D Have a great weekend!
DeleteLemonade, sunshine, and shade. Perfection. I love it.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jennifer! Happy Friday!
DeleteForget the shade and just give me the Sun, with maybe a little bit of breeze. :) Old follower via GFC, passing through.

The breeze sounds great! I don't mind the sun, but I burn easily so I have to get a decent base tan before I try to sit in the sun and read or I'll be hating life! :D Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
DeleteI couldn't agree with you more!! I could really just read anywhere :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!!
Here's my FF.
Thanks Ashley! I'll check out your post, too. Happy Friday!
DeleteLemonade is so good with reading books. All these answers are making me wish it was summer :(

Me too! Our weather has warmed up over the last couple of days, so we're definitely getting there. :D
DeleteI also can read anywhere. I prefer to be in a lounge or on a blanket while outside, with my adult beverage in hand. :)

Sounds like a great afternoon to me! Thanks Jessica! Happy Friday!
DeleteSounds really nice Liesel...especially with Lemonade :D I'm not much of an outdoors girl, but I'll spend a little time on my porch. Happy Friday!

I wish I had more of a porch! I live in an apartment with a sort-of walkway kind of thing, but not really a porch. I dream of a big house with a wrap around porch that I could sit on and read! :D
DeleteSounds awesome! I love lemonade, although I always force it into our soda-streamer, and turn it into fizzy lemonade!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by! Following you back!
Long as it's cold, I wouldn't mind fizzy at all! Sounds awesome! Thanks for the follow back! :D
DeleteSounds really good.

ReplyDeleteThanks so much! Have a great weekend! :D
DeleteCongratulations on the blog tour! That was a wild ride. Liesel I'm with you. My favorite way to read is grab some shade in the great outdoors.
ReplyDeleteSounds like an awesome spot outdoors. Thanks for sharing and visiting my FF. Old GFC Follower, New Linky Follower. =]
ReplyDeleteLemonade and sunshine (with a bit of shade) sounds nice to me, too. :)

Yes to shade and lemonade! It's nice to get lost in a good book when you have everything you need.
