Follow Friday--I Gotta Read That!

Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers -- but you have to know -- the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it'll allow us to show off more new blogs!

How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools -- keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them "hi" in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!

What book (or TV show) have you not read that seemingly everyone else has?

There are tons! But I'll go with Julie Kagawa! Everyone I know is reading her books, but I've never picked any of them up! *Hangs head in shame* I seriously doubt I'll get to any before the end of the year, but maybe in 2014. Wish me luck!

  1. OK true confession: I've never read the Harry Potter books or watched the movies. It just doesn't hold any interest for me. I know I'm about the only one who can claim that. ;)

  4. Eep!! Oh I LOOOOVE Julie Kagawa's books! Really I only stumbled across them when I somehow won a contest somewhere. In it I had won the first two books in Julie's series and the first two in Gena Showalter's Intertwined series. I ended up loving them both insanely so!!

Hope you get to Julie's next year! At least with these two the series will be completed by then! The first Iron Fey books are completed, the third Blood of Eden book comes out in March or May I think and then likely in the fall we should get the last Call of the Forgotten book.

And that's also when her new series releases too! Dragons!!

  5. Being a huge Robert Jordan fan, I've always wanted to read some of Brandon Sanderson's stuff. He took a great deal of time out of his own writing career to finish the WOT series so that deserves at least a peek.

  7. I haven't read her books either. I have them on my shelf and plan to read them this month though! I'm in a reading slump though so I'm procrastinating on Vampire Academy, lol!
